I am a woman and sometimes I overreact to things. I am not going to deny that. But, I do have a new trick up my sleeve which I call the 5, 5, 5 rule. When something happens, I now ask myself, will this matter in 5 minutes, 5 days or 5 years? And I adjust my reaction accordingly. I have been practicing this a lot because its easy to blow little things out of proportion.
